MDJ's single used products : cartridges CART + , single used injector and MDJ’s blister “3 in 1” are manufactured with bio compatible material, no citotoxic, no irritation and with a pharmacopeia grade.
Those products are sterilized with ethylene oxide, use by of 18 months for cartridges CART + and for kit and 24 months for single used injectors which are sold individually.
Reusable injectors MDJ range INJ X and INJX4II are made of surgical grade stainless alloys and can thus be treated with steam, dry heat, formol, radiation or gas. Products must be rinsed with distilled water before decontamination / chemical inactivation and sterilization to eliminate any residual viscoelastic, salty and biological material, in particular in the threaded area. Pay special attention to avoid abrading the front of the plunger to prevent damaging the IOL. Chemical and physical inactivation concerning unconventional infectious agents and sterilization it self must be conducted in accordance with existing regulatory procedures.
It is important to respect packaging and advices.
Do not use products if packaging is damaged.
Take care of use by, single used mention, sterility witness (with ethylene oxide).

The eye surgeon is responsible for choosing the surgical technique. Only his medical training and experience enable him to determine which is the best adapted surgical technique for patient treatment and if it entails the use of the MDJ injector and cartridge. |
